  • How many people can fit into one photo?
    We’re an open-air photobooth, which is not only great for all occasions, but also for gathering up to 8 people for an awesome set of photos. We recommend that you keep the photo group to no more than 6 people to ensure everyone is visible in the photo. If you have a larger group, you can always take multiple photos
  • How good are your photos?
    In a word…excellent! The Lumibox, beneath its beautiful vintage exterior, has the latest high-quality technology - from our professional camera to our touchscreen to your final prints. These prints resist fading and so can last a lifetime! Oh, and you can choose from black and white or colour.
  • What extra features does The Lumibox have?
    Because we want to make your experience memorable, we try to make all your requests possible as much as we can. Here are some ideas: - Private online gallery of your celebration for you to download, share or even have your prints on mugs, phone-cases and t-shirts - Guestbook – ideal for weddings - Instant prints: 2 x 6 strips or supersize with 4 x 6 - Piñata – guaranteed fun for all! - Customisation of logos for businesses or personalised messages on prints - GIFs - USB drive - WiFi to makes sure you can share your photos - Props
  • How much space & electricity do you need?
    The Lumibox needs 3m x 3m floor space with a power outlet dedicated to us only. In outdoor locations nature plays a big factor (wind, rain and sun) and so we need to avoid direct sunlight…and rain!
  • How long do you need to set up?
    We need an hour to set up and pack up.
  • Who looks after the photobooth?
    The Lumibox provides a very smart attendant to help your aunty and uncle to know what to do! They’ll do everything to help all your guests get the perfect shot.
  • What modes of payment do you accept?
    We accept online payments, bank transfers or cash.
  • How do I book The Lumibox?
    Once you decide which package is for you, click on it and schedule a meeting with us to chat about your event. After you are happy with all the arrangements, you’ll need to pay a 30% deposit, and the full amount the day before your event.
